How to become SellFromU’s Seller?

Just go to the Apps Store to find “SellFromU” then you install and register


What should I do when I forgot my password?

You may reset your password through the link in login page.


How do I register for a SellFromU account if I do not have an email address?

At the moment user can only register using email address.


How do I change the information in my account?

You may press on the 3 dots on the top right, edit profile option shows and you may proceed to change your information.


Can I sell without register a SellFromU account?

We would love you to be part of SellFromU in order for you to easily keep track your orders and manage your product. Therefore, you would need to create an account before starting your selling experience.


How can I deactivate my account?

Free of Charge. How much you sell, how much you will get from SellFromU.


How long will the SellFromU transfer back the sales amount back to Seller?

SellFromU will transfer back the money through online within 72 Hours with the conditions stated below:
1. Order is PAID between 2pm daily
2. Order is in COMPLETED status by update from Seller Apps
3. Seller have updated he/she bank account details in Seller Apps


How to view the order list?

All the new/old order can view directly from the Seller Apps


What if Buyer Complaint?

SellFromU won’t handle any complaint from buyer but when buyer is complaint through SellFromU, we will revert it back to seller and seller will take full responsibility to bring it offline to settle it personally


Can the SellFromU allow to refund?

Once the payment is paid by buyer, no refund is allowed in SellFromU

How to Sign Up as a Buyer?

What should I do when I forgot my password?

You may reset your password through the link in login page.


How can I deactivate my account?

You won’t be able to deactivate/delete you account at the moment. You may simply don’t use it.


Any extra charges from SellFromU?

Yes. Each transaction for any amount we will charge a min. RM2.00 as a System Admin Fees. And RM1.50 will be charge by Payment Gateway Vendor.


Can I sell without register a SellFromU account?

We would love you to be part of SellFromU in order for you to easily keep track your orders and manage your product. Therefore, you would need to create an account before starting your selling experience.


Can I allow to ask for Refund from SellFromU after payment made?

Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.


Can I cancel my order from SellFromU?

As long as you haven’t made the payment, you are still allowed to cancel the order. But once the payment is made, then order is not allowed to cancel


What is the available payment method?

At the moment, only bank transfer is available


Who should I report to if I have not satisfied with the good received?

You can report to us through SellFromU’s contact us page or you can directly deal with Seller. SellFromU won’t take any responsibility for any after sales product


When will I receive my order?

It purely depends on the seller; you may refer to the product remark for details information or depends on the delivery service provider that you selected.


How can I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

The shipping fee is visible at the product page and checkout page.


How is my shipping fee calculated?

It is auto-calculated and it show once you have selected the product(s) you intend to purchase in ‘Cart’ prior to checkout. The calculation rule is follows on the setup by the seller based on the area to deliver.


How do I get Free Shipping?

Free shipping is only applicable if the seller offers it on their products with purchase more than certain amount.


Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, an order confirmation with the order summary will be sent to you via email right after you placed your order with a successful transaction.


When will I receive my order?

It purely depends on the seller; you may refer to the product remark for details information or depends on the delivery service provider that you selected.
